    Hello my BlackBerry friends,
When I connect my Q10 to my laptop it simply doesn't recognise it. No additional drives pop up, even though the device is charging while connected.
    Please help,
    Thanks.

I got BlackBerry Link (latest version) installed, and I did enable the mass storage option on my Q10.

I don't know if it's drivers, software or hardware issue...
