    only if Bell will accept a Verizon ESN to be assigned to their network. CDMA providers are pretty picky about non branded handsets being activated on thier networks. you will have to call Bell with a Verizon branded ESN and see if they will allow it. i recall it being easier back in the day with TDMA ESN's, but not CDMA ones. call Bell before you buy it.

    I have 2 old Audiovox thera's I picked one up off e-bay for really cheap it was a Verizon, and Bell would not activate it, so I had to buy a Bell one, now I have 2, which do make great little tablets but it was upsetting at the time.

    As others have posted, Bell will only activate their own equipment.
