There's a difference between active support, and dribbling out an 9 month old update that itself was delayed over 6 months before that.

Dunno: it is 10.3.3.1435. If its old, my carrier, Koodo (Telus) may have delayed it but I think my updates come from BlackBerry itself directly as I bought it new unlocked from CrackBerry.

Thanks. Looks like the update, I was so happy to get yesterday, was out Feb13! And I was so proud of BlackBerry "support"-- lol. (still love my Z30 though)

BB10 is a mature, finished product that is still the slickest OS out there so I, too, wonder what this " support" is that some users feel they need. I see some complaining that the browser is dated ( works well for me) and wonder why they just don't install another like Browsie from BW or Chrome ( non-Playstore version) from 1 Mobile Market. I see good reviews there from some BB10 users on the latter and BlackBerry Guardian says it is not known to have malware. Meanwhile I enjoy my unbreakable Z30 so who needs this "support " thingie?

Isn't browsie just a reskin of the blackberry browser? My z30 hasn't been the same since the last is update.
