I wanted to use a VPN for my computer and Q10, I know WiTopia and PureVPN will work. I am really looking at privateinternetaccess which also supports IPsec, but they don't know if it is compatible with blackberry 10. Any advice? Thanks!

I personally used Purevpn on my Z10 ( it works like a charm) and hasn't tried privateinternetaccess but generally if they provide VPN with IKEv certificate, it is definitely compatible with blackberry 10 otherwise blackberry doesn't support common VPN protocols like PPTP or OpenVPN.
