I can set-up my Apple Airport Express router with my 9700 and all is fine. It connects when you first pair them. However, if I turn my wifi off and then on I get problems. Sometimes it can take 15 minutes for my phone to connect to it. It's most likely an Apple problem; I've used other branded routers with no problems. Has anyone else encountered such problems?

I sometimes have problems connecting my Macbook with the Airport Express, which I think it due to interference with other routers in the local area. Is this problem related?

It does sometimes help, but it's just a pain.

Perhaps you could remove all security and custom settings and work your way from there?

I'm not too technical about such things. I have WPA or WPA2 and WEP for security. What would you (or anyone) suggest?

Reset you router to it's factory defaults and then look for a "wireless security" settings page...un check all of the security stuff essentially leaving an open access point. Add your security settings from that point-on!
