Whenever I connect to my router, it always say unknown failure. The only way that it would work is by turning on the Mobile Network, connect to my router, then it will get an IP within the range that I set my router to. Is this free? Or will I be billed for using the Mobile Network?

Otherwise, I'm unable to get on WiFi network, whether it's open wireless or secured. No IP Addresses either.

Any advice or help is much appreciated.

That is interesting, my Curve makes the connection without the network being enabled.

I gather you were able to make the connection, you mentioned receiving an IP address in your router's range.

You may already know, but Manage Connections / Wifi Connections / Wifi Diagnostics allows you to view your connection details.

The only application that uses Wifi is your Browser. You can use Browser / Options set it to Wifi Only or Wifi Preferred.
