my gsm network is Turkcell
my problems;

1. can't mms
2. browser; this is a wifi service. please ensure your device has an active wifi connection and try again.

1. most providers need to the phone to have mms settings. You can mostly activate it manually. Or browse the website of Turkcell for mms settings maybe you can activate it by sms.
Also mostly you have send a mms before you can receive any.

2. Enable you wifi connection and make sure you are connected to a network

You need to have blackberry data plan in order to use your browser and everything else. Just rang your service provider.

Ya, sounds like a call to turkcell is needed.

Do you have your browser configured to "internet browser" not "hotspot browser"?
