I have read through the forums and have found conflicting answers to my questions. Can someone please let me know if the following are possible?

I currently live in the US and have Verizon service. I will be traveling to Puerto Rico.

If I set data to "Off when roaming" will I be able to:

1- send/receive e-mails through wifi?
2- send/receive BBMs through wifi?
3- browse the web through wifi?
4- make phone calls through wifi?
