I usually get like -89 or -95 dbm. What's the dbm scale like from what to what is good and what to what is decent? Another question I have is I'm buying a laptop soon and I'm going to use tetherberry as my primary internet connection. Do zboost cell signal amplifiers work well to get maximum speed on my laptop? I'm a complete laymen in the field so if you could dumb down your answers I would appreciate it.
