When i purchased my blackberry bold 9700 the wifi was working perfectly!

I have now had the bold for like 3 weeks and the wifi does not have a tick on the box anymore it has a white line (on the wifi options).

So i have tried to connect to my router a couple of times, and it says unable to connect - network lost?
I have also tried disabling it and enabling it, still no result.

I know that there is nothing wrong with my routers because my laptop and computer work perfectly.

But if i went on the internet even though the wifi connection was unsuccessful it still does let me browse.

But i cannot use the blackberry app world as it says there is something wrong with my wifi connections.

Had the same problem this morning. Resetting the modem and then the router solved my problem. Didn't need to do anything to my 9700.

    Beating the dead horse here

Its usually a modem/router issue. I always tell people to reset them both and 80% of the time the issue has been solved.
