I have had my BB for two weeks and I am very happy with it. However, the last couple of days I have not been able to get any signal or network outside of my apartment! I cannot even make phone calls! As soon as I walk into my apartment complex, the BB receives signal from my network and I receive all my emails and missed phone calls. When I'm in my apartment it reads wifi and UMA, but I don't know what to do so that I'll receive signal outside of my apartment (I did set up my BB to my network). My family also have BBs and they told me they're not having problems with them, and we're on a family plan so I don't think it's the service plan. Is there something I'm missing here? I have tried to change the settings but nothing's working. Help please!
