I am having trouble connecting to my home wifi router. The 9700 is able to register (I see the network name next to "AT&T") but I'm not able to connect to the internet or BIS.

I've tried for a week, with about 20 responses back and forth with the Netgear internet support but they either don't fully understand what I'm asking them or they can't help me.

I know it's not my blackberry because when I'm at Starbucks it automatically connects with the AT&T hotspot and I'm about to get BIS, and internet service without a question.

I have a feeling that my personal laptop and the blackberry are interfering with each other (for an IP address??) but honestly don't know that much about networking to figure it out.

    Can anybody help me?!!

    My laptop doesn't interfere?
Try unplugging the power to your router for about
15 secs, then try to connect again, see if that helps?
    Its netgear lol

I already tried that and it didn't help the problem?
