Some days it connects in class and other days it doesnt connect. I go check how muhc wif service it has, and it shows 3 bars. Whats wrong?

The meter that shows how many bars on your home screen is for the cellular service.

I think the school needs to reset the router(s) and the switch(s) to get the reliability of the internet service back up and running smoothly.
