Nearly there, your Wifi connection is fine, UMA is active but the last link to BIS is not connected.

The first thing to try is resending your Service Books. Use the Email Setup Wizard to log on to your carriers site or call Customer Service.

That should reset their connections and send you a confirmation message.

i have just tried resending the service books still the same error message, could it be down to a port not being open on my router?

I have no issues with UMA, I doubt if it is the firewall in the router.

Are you able to send and recieve email when you have a carrier signal? That is confirm the BIS setup is correct and you can focus on the UMA connection.

Next step, call customer service and expain the problem. Odds are good it is something on their end.
