Recently had to reload windows 7 onto my desktop computer. I successfully reinstalled Blackberry Link, but it will not open (it tries, but nothing happens). I've reinstalled numerous times - normal, as an administrator, as a different user, with phone attached via USB, etc - all with the same result. Don't know a lot about computers, but guessing it's a windows file that's causing this. Also searched the forums (here and at Blackberry) - tried suggestions without resolution. Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated.
    thanks,
    Mike
