I have DTEK50 with a non-mounted 64 GB SD card. Learned not to mount it the hard way - losing everything when card corrupted. So, my device memory is full, even though I DON'T store pictures, files on device memory, and in the attached picture it shows that I only have about 9GB of memory used up, but the overall is showing the full 16GB used up. Cleaning apps I've tried don't do a thing, and I am at a loss. Please help!

Well, first of all, if you look at the bottom of that same screen under explore it tells you how much they operating system uses. It's 8gb or so on my Priv. The rest of your storage is mostly apps. You better delete or disable a few.
