Device you are using? If I was going that long, I'd had performed a reboot and see if that cleared the jam.
Try the reboot as suggested. It may restart the wipe but should speed process through.
In future avoid using the device security wipe...use BlackBerry Link on your PC.

Its a common problem with bb10. I had the same thing. If you reset phone it just starts up again.
Solution is to connect the phone to link and do a reset that loads OS again.
