    About a month ago by accident I deleted blackberry app world off my phone and suddenly the phone shut off itself and booted up back. When I try to download blackberry app world or any other app it downloads fully and boots up back and says error. Can you help me.

    If you reload, you should have an as-new device. Wipe + Autoloader ftw?
