    I observed that when I receive sms or call from a contact on my phone, despite their numbers being saved with their names, it won't show their names whenever they send me sms or whenever they call me, it will only show their numbers. Pls what is wrong and how can I resolve this problem?

    did you transfer your sms messages from your old phone? this has been common with that. delete all of your texts and start fresh. after a restart or two it might start working. it has worked for others.

    also check the numbers themselves. if there is a extra space or something after the number in your contact then this can cause problems
