    I can download the app, but when I try to open it, it says there is an error and to in install then reinstall the app. I do, but get the same error message

    maybe try downloading it from Amazon or looking up some of the many threads here on how to get instagram working

    Having the same problem, downloaded an update yesterday (version 6.20.2) and get an error message that says delete and reinstall

    What BlackBerry OS version are you running? I haven't updated Instagram yet and I don't want to risk that it doesn't work properly as it is quite important for me. I also have iGrann Pro but the original app is way better.

    I have the latest version (6.20.2 May 5, 2015) from Google Play store and it is working great on my Z30.

    Just tried and downloaded it. Both, BlackBerry OS and Instagram on the newest official released. No problems whatsoever.

    On Verizon, so still on 10.2.1 which I assumed was the problem. Guess I'll finally update this week.
