Me too, I just realised this morning. And this is even though I'm on Wi-Fi. I've also noticed that my signal is shaky and I get Emergency calls only quite often. To be honest I think it's the new OS:

Z10STL100-2/10.2.1.1055

Btw I'm also in the UK

mine is 10.2.0.424 ... so it seems not the OS problem...

Try putting aircraft mode on for a few seconds then turn it off and see if that doesn't fix it.
