    I downloaded the autoloader for bb os 10.2.1 for z10 and downgrade the device from 10.3.1 (official). but camera and other functions not working properly. please help me.

    What OS exactly? From where did you get it? What is your device?

    What version of 10.3.1 are you currently on? Lower OSs' are black listed once 10.3.1.550 is installed I believe.
