    I have a ringtone for my messages(only one ringtone for all) and it plays the first few seconds then cuts out. Doesn't matter if it is in my hand or on the table or anywhere.
    I tried changing the ringtone and it does it not matter what I use, plays the first few seconds and then stops.

    WHat OS are you using? You might consider reloading your OS again

    10.2 was long, 10.3.1 is only a few seconds for anything except phone calls. Hopefully this will change back on the next OS. If anyone has a fix, let us know. Several devices with the same issue...the only one that has a long time is one we still have running 10.2
