    I have a good fast running computer but it jams up my comp i dont know if its looking for media but im pretty sure i disassociated my media folders so i can do it myself only with things i wanna put on my bold.

    then i saw it's a roxio product so is that my answer?

    Same thing for me. I tried putting some vids on my storm and my PC just froze up.

    Cause its a huge process running on your computer. IMO, horrible software. Just drag and drop the files.
