Clear your cookies and cache, and restart your browser.
Happened to me recently, too.
Edit: detailed in this thread http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=584897
Most likely the browser didn't render the page properly. Most web designers to this day still have their code previewed in IE and forget to test it in alternate browsers like Firefox and Chrome. Just refresh your page and if that doesn't work, clear your cache, history, and cookies ( I have Firefox customized to do this everyone I close out my browser.
Thanks you guys! It works now. :)
This happened to me today only on FireFox, it is fine on IE though
This happened to me yesterday too. I think I clicked through something before it had finished loading the CSS. A SHIFT-RELOAD of the page fixed it.
Same here.
If you look at the picture closely, you will see two crackberry banners. I just clicked on the one at the back. All was fine then.
So strange. I never checked what Safari was doing...this was on Firefox. Think it was a Firefox bug? Glad it works now tho....and glad Im not alone my fellow CB addicts.
No, it was not a FireFox bug. The site admins were making some tweaks to the forum page that caused the temporary glitch.
I had the same thing happen, but clearing cache, history, and cookies solved the problem.
As far as I am concerned, IE is the "alternate browser". I use Firefox or Chrome 95% of the time. I only use IE for BlackBerry Beta Zone, since RIM did not think to enable any other browsers for the site.
you guys need to switch to google chrome
I tried switching to chrome for a month, but ended up back with FF.

It was just a site glitch. There's no need to change browsers. Clearing the cache gets rid of the bad page.
