    my phone keeps operating itself. i cant do anything. the screen keeps jumping from one app to the other. i have no control of my phone. what can i do to stop this

    Throw it down on solid ground, preferably concrete, repeatedly until phone stops operating. This fixed problem whether you're operating phone or it's operating by itself.
