    hi,

i have recently upgraded to a new laptop having windows 7 64-bit OS. my phone is a Blackberry Q10. I was able to connect to my Windows 7 32-bit laptop without any trouble, but it is unable to send/receive files to from my phone/laptop.

    If connected, :
    1. 1. i dont get a notification in my system tray that bluetooth is connected to my phone.
      2. On BB my phone it only shows connected to Audio streaming & Media Player controller and not to others.
      3. I am able to only play music on my laptop.
      4. I am unable to send/receive files.

i have tried both suggestions where i have tried installing Microsoft as well as RIM drivers.
Can someone help me in enabling send/receive to transmit files?

Have you tried rfa? In Link check the box for transmit files wirelessly. And set a folder up on your PC. Then open file manager and you should be able to see your PC and the folder and move things back and forth from phone to PC and vice versa. This is using wifi and not BT btw
