    Entered the wep key but still won't connect that is if the Wi-Fi key is the same as a wep key, any help please.

    Because it isn't 2006 anymore?

    Anyway, it's very, very likely that your router isn't using WEP security, which was broken long ago and isn't considered to be secure. Most modern WiFi equipment defaults to using WPA2 encryption. If your Curve doesn't support WPA2, which I'm sure is possible, then you'll have to configure your router to use WEP security - which as I mentioned, isn't very secure...
