Don't think it offers all the features either. It's not cheap when you consider the cost of getting other people to get app so you can chat with them.

Any messaging app whether secure or not won't be useful because of what you said.. The problem is not finding what you like, but its more about what most people like.. I know some people who despise the iPhone but they've it for iMessage, because all the people they know use it..
