The way the OS is now it can't handle real HTML support. This why most sites for the blackberry browser are mobile and you need Opera or another to see real webpages. I rather have text email because it's a joke they would even try to pass it off as html email.

Yeah, I find that's one of the negatives about the BB OS. The only mobile device I've seen/used that can handle HTML mail as well as a desktop app is the iPhone (though I admit I've never had a chance to play with an Android device). Even WinMobile renders HTML mail like crap.

For instant access yes, but as the point of this thread HTML support blows. For a device that banks itself on being the king of email you would think that they could support something that has been out for years. Is this going to be addressed in 5.0?
