    And how can I lower it? And if I lower it, will any of the apps I downloaded via amazon app store be deleted as well or be affected in any way? Thank you.

    I am having the same issue except mine is 1.7 GB in 1 week.. and it all happens when i'm asleep at 1-2 am. Someone please help! I'm 3 days into my billing cycle and im already at 800 mb!

    OP, you've already started a thread on this subject. Why make another, it's not just stupid but the question is stupid. As already mentioned the answer is in the screen shot you posted. Your clearing the data from the App, not any other Apps.
