[CrackBerry Question]

Hey Everyone!

Recently I've changed my security code. I have to put a chosen number to a certain spot on the wallpaper to lock the phone up. But my friend has tried more than it's possible so this text appears: "Warning! You have entered an incorrect password 5 times. After 10 unsuccessful attempts your device data will be erased." ...After that I have this opportunity: Enter "blackberry" . and then I have to use my blackberry ID password, WHICH I HAVE FORGOTTEN, UNFORTUNATELY. That's why I visited the website to change my Blackberry ID password, and I successfully did it. But then I couldn't lock up my phone yet to enter to the menu with my new approved password.
It could help me a lot if anyone would help me. Thanks!

There is no way it would have asked you for your blackberry ID password after it told you to type in "blackberry".
It usually asks for the security code you used to lock the phone before creating a picture password.

If you remember that code, try entering it first.

I've had that problem a few times. Turn the phone off. You might get another shot at picture password...

I remember doing it like that, because I had forgotten the underlying alphanumeric password, because I was using picture password on my Z10...
