I have the work settings for my email, but get an error that BB cannot communicate with my email server. SSL encryption, mail.harriscomputer.com. I'm on a domain - do I need to configure that? I turned off SMTP, but it still want's an smtp address - is that the issue?
What model BlackBerry are you using?
SMTP is the protocol used to send mail, without it you won't be able to complete the setup.
You probably also want to use IMAP rather than POP if you are using more than one client to access your email. POP assumes you are using a single client.

You need a receiving (POP/IMAP) as well a as a sending channel (SMTP). Without, it's an incomplete setup, and you can't send or receive without both of these together....

How many devices are you integrated in the past to that account?, Exchange has a maximun of ten devices integrated, you could check that and erase old devices through OWA Services,

You're still missing the outgoing server. It may very well be that mail.harriscomputer.com would work, but you may want to check with your support group to get the proper SMTP server and ports.
If possible, do you have the ability to add the account via Exchange, which may be able to automatically detect all of the server settings? If this is a work account, do you need to get permission to add it to a device?

Issue Resolved! I had to use my SIP email address (which is different) instead of my "normal" work one. It's working great now! Thanks for your help!
