I have a swipe for security on my screen. I will tighten if I can resolve this issue)
I get notifications after my screen has locked
They are not accessible directly
I would like to redial missed calls directly if possible for instance
I swipe to unlock Priv
The notifications are gone so I cannot access them (Text detail does come up)
Is there a setting which basically unlocks after swipe and gives me the same view as before unlock?
The lock feature renders direct access to the notifications ineffective except for texts which show up after unlock

Not with the OS. You need to go to the app involved and read the text message or use the dialer to dial the call.
When my phone is unlocked and i get notifications, i can dial back or read the text message from my notifications. I am on Marshmallow.
