i cant access my blackberry but i want to delete it because its associated with ovi mail as of which ovi shutted down last year so when i try to reset my password its saying we have sent instructions to your email and the worst part is now i cant access the email because of ovi shut down

I would you could try and call or contact Blackberry technical support, explain your situation and see if they can reset you ID.
