- my current phone is a z30 that I upgraded from a z10 last Feb in 2014.
- Love BB10 for its features and gestures and wish there was a z30 successor. Anyways, i'm pretty intrigued in trying out the Priv running Android with some customization of BlackBerry features added as well as upgrading to some new hardware (bigger screen mainly). I ll finally be able to compare the Android OS to BB10!
I'm not looking to upgrade soon. I have a z30 that does all I need and I like the way it does it. I will look at the Priv and see what I think but I'm not made of cash and my z is still working just fine.
Currently rocking a q10 and a leap...and I'm gonna wait still on the fence.....i dodnt have an issue with Android just not a big fan of sliders.....my wife had a torch, was never a fan of that form factor...Now give me those specs in a classic,I'd be all over that..
I'll probably soften to it the day iPhones run Android and people buy them just because they are still "iPhones". lol. I don't know man. I've always looked at BB as both hardware and software. I guess apps changes everything.
1. 9810
2. Not interested in a Android phone with a BB label
3. I waited almost 4 years for a BB10 slider not a stinking Android. If I wanted to be a deserter I could have been years ago. I need a PKB but don't want a square screen, thanks Blackberry.
Z10, actually I'm planning to buy another BlackBerry, maybe the Classic and just keep it until my Z10 dies, so I have the chance of not using assdroid in the short term
On the fence. Don't like the physical keyboard and the slider part. Need to know how BlackBerry is going to secure it and make it private. That remains to be a huge unanswered question.
Choices are Z30, Priv, or Samsung S6.
I have Verizon, therefore my choices of bringing an unlocked phone to my plan is not an option, otherwise if going Android I would prefer the ASUS, Zenphone 2, but T-Mobile and AT&T suck.
1. Z30
2. New hardware is why I want to upgrade
3. It's android, I don't want android.
Sadly I won't be buying a new BlackBerry this year, maybe in another year or two if they build a phone I want.
