hey guys, im curious as to who has the best (not necessarily the cheapest) Phone/BB data/BIS plan here?

And bec i'm not in the US nor Canada (im in Philippines) just to give u a background the current exchange rate today is:

    Php44 = $1

    Phone Plan: unlimited text plan
Php 350/month: (unlimited texts to same carrier) texts to other carriers will incur additional php1/text
    >>calls will incur additional Php6/min to any carrier, even to those the same as mine.

this is pretty much a good plan for me, since me and my gf work for the same company anyways.

    BIS Plan: BB SOCIAL Plan
Php300/mo: Since its called "social plan" this enables BB users to have unlimited IM usage (bbm, Ym, aol, gtalk etc) and Social networking (FB, twitter) only. Emails will not be downloaded or will not appear in the menu, and browser will not work via carrier (only wifi, and since i have access to one, its fine. i dont need emails either that much, im sick looking at them in the office anyways.lol.)

Works for me, and in case i do want to get emails, i can switch to:

    BIS Plan: BB MESSAGING
Php300/mo: Emails, BBM, IMs. No FB, twitter apps. no browsing.

    Or

    Full BIS PLAN
    Php1,200/mo
Unlimited data for emails, IM, BBM, browsing.

good part is, i can switch monthly, via sending a keyword thru text to our carrier's text hotline. No calls, no annoying CSRs, no hold. just text

    what's yours?

I was mistold some info about my carrier, O2-UK, so when I went to get my first BB I initially called to start the process of changing my number to a diff carrier, I told them why, and they gave me a really fantastic deal-

    For 15 p/m -
    Free BB9300
    Unlimited UK any carrier text
    BB-Bolton (blackberry services)
"Unlimited" data plan (capped at 500mb)
And 500 anytime any carrier mins

Which I thought wasn't too bad at all

I like my plan with Verizon just fine.

Unlimited talk and text on 2 lines
    Unlimited BIS on 2 lines
Runs usually $200 and change a month.

$200??? so that's $100 a month per? Yikes. With ATT family plan, I have my BB at $10 a month for 500 min of talk time (and use about 15min), and an unlimited Data plan for $30. My wife has an iphone and her talk time is about $30 a month plus her unlimited data plan for the same amount. So for about $100 we get both phones covered.

    I don't have the cheapest deal from O2 -

30 a month for 600 minutes, unlimited BIS, loads texts (dunno how many, never use em)

But I have a handy 23.50 a month bolt on that gives me unlimited roaming BIS for anywhere in the world that I can pick up a GPRS signal.

I travel a lot and it's a complete life saver. O2 don't offer this bolt on anymore, but so long as I keep paying it each month, it stays on my tarrif. I'll only give it up if/when they cancel my existing tarrif and replace it with a new one.

Well I wouldn't say mine is the best but considering I'm in Canada and only been with my current carrier for about 8 months it's not bad at all.

200 minutes, per seocnd billing(!), evenings and weekend from 5pm until 8am which the only time I really use it anyways
    35 Can/US long distance minutes
    Call display, voicemail, who called
    Unlimited SMS/MMS
    6GB data
    $57.50/month

It's a bit steep compared to what you get in the US but here the closest thing retails for $124.50 and includes less. I could have got something similar for less but 1/12 of the data or limited text and no MMS. This way I can use VOIP for most of my long distance and I don't have to worry about streaming when I'm not around wifi, or count messages. The trade off was worth it. It's not the very best but I can't complain and I'm pretty happy with it. I can always improve it when I've been with the company for longer too so I don't mind.

    what's yours?
I Honestly believe you have the BEST and Cheapest plan..
    and you're on pre-paid.
i believe the postpaid subscribers have a different data figures.
    anyway,

i'm with AT&T and Data plan alone is $30 for unlimited email,BBM,IM, FB, twitter etc etc
we have a family plan so that's additional $70 with only 700 minutes allocation ( although same AT&T to AT&T calls are FREE.. and all weekend and nights ( 9pm onwards) are FREE as well)

1400 nationwide long distance talk time with rollover minutes(mobile to mobile is free as is nights and weekends)
    Unlimited family texting(35$)
2 grandfathered unlimited BB data plans(30$ a piece, this is not available on AT&T anymore)
    Extra line charge 9.99$

Total with tax and the likes is roughly 185$ a month, give or take a few.

well i am on postpaid and not on prepaid, thing is, my carrier allows me to switch plans monthly (i have no commitments) so that makes it even better for us here. One text and i am on a totally different plan.

I may be in the minority, but I love US Cellular. I pay $89/month (am upgrading to family plan with my fiance soon, it will be $130 for 2 Blackberries). Right now, I have 1500 mins, unlimited text, unlimited data. And 2 ring tones per month, which I could take or leave, but it is kind of nice. Also, since they changed their plans, I will be able to upgrade phones 7 months earlier (update at 1 year 5 mos as opposed to 2 years).

But above and beyond all of that, I have had bar none the best customer service. I had TMobile before and it was like pulling teeth to get anything fixed.
