I'm with Verizon. I've been with them for about four years. I used to have AT&T but their service sucked in my area.

I have T-Mobile for one and Nextel for the other. Nextel has actually been pretty great since I started using it (~9 months). I didn't even get affected by the blackberry outages we had hardly at all. T-Mobile's been great so far. Service isn't quite as good as Nextel in areas where I spend most of my time (work), but UMA makes up for it by giving me service where the best I would get otherwise is ****-poor at best.

been with Alltel forever, new blackberry user though. Have never tried Verizon. Tried Sprint with a phone and a data card for laptop but quit them because their customer service sucked. They would mess up my bill and then it would take hours on the phone and 3 billing cycles to get someone who could fix it. No complaints with Alltel. Their customer service people can actually fix things and help you. Data plan gives me unlimited text, nights and weekends start early, and the second phone also gets that stuff. I get a company discount with Verizon so I may try in a couple years when my contracts run out.

What is Verizon's customer service like?

    PS I love my Pearl.

In WI Alltel Rocks! It works great up north in the sticks... I even get EVDO at my cabin

I've tried most carriers and where I live Alltel definitely dominates. I've had signal issues with AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. Too bad Alltel doesn't expand into some of the larger cities so you Crackberry folks can see how great they are!

Any WI peeps out there? Appleton here!

Verizon is the priciest but, they have the best network. My dad has a friend who is an executive for sprint and he told me "off the record, verizon has the best service and network". He also said that when verizon went wireless they started from the ground up, unlike sprint, who's customer service is the worst I have ever seen...

Lots of AT&T & Tmobile subscribers for berries is natural. We offer every type (83XX, 88XX, 81XX & soon 9000 series) The curve is the more popular/sought after berry and is only carried by the two carriers.
