Guys .. My bold screen went all white although my phone still working. I can get calls and here my messages alerts but can't see a thing !! i didnt drop the phone so its kinda crazy ... can anyone help ?
It sounds like you have a connection failure between the LCD screen and the logic board. All the pixel elements are transparent, allowing the white background light.
I would return it for replacement. It could be a connector failure or a symptom of a failure in the display logic. Either way, you don't want that problem.
