i have a blackberry bold 9780 and it now has a white screen with some purple lines! it hasnt been dropped, got wet etc it just turned white for no reason at all! i have re installed the blackberry os software and that hasn't solved the solution. could anyone help?

Try this...

although you have reloaded the OS already, try completely wiping the device, and reinstalling it... filing that, it is probablly a hardware issue then... is your device still under warranty? i would bring it back for another one...

yes ive tried all those! and it still doesnt work. the sound still works and i could still recieve messages as my phone was vibrating.

would my phone be under warranty at 5-6 months old and also how would i contact blackberry (i cant see a number on there website)

Blackberries come with a 1yr warranty... Contact your carrier for warranty replacements
