i've searched these forums and went to blackberry.com which i could only get 5.0. where can i download device manager 4.6 any help is greatly appreciated thank you!
Since there is no OS 4.6 for the 8310 I assume you mean
Desktop Manager, which can be found here. Do your self a favor
and get the one WITHOUT Media Manager.
It is a program called Roxio that comes with Desktop Manager. Most do not like it because it is slow and can cause problems with a PC on which it is installed. You can do most of what it does yourself by plugging in and dragging media files to your device through MyComputer or Windows Explorer.
