    You should have the current version of BBM installed and open - not open in Hub. Look at the bottom left hand corner, and touch the 3 horizontal columns. Channel will be the fourth selection

    Go into BBM, then on the bottom left theres the 3 horizontal bars, push it. Then 2nd from the bottom is Channels
