I purchased two themes and downloaded. They do not show in themes for me to activate. When I went to redownload it showed they were there. I found them in applications. How do I get them to themes to activate?

Some themes require a battery pull after download you may give that a try

Where did you download them from?

Usually, if it shows in applications, but not in the theme list it means that the theme isn't compatible with your device.

Are you sure they are for your phone and your OS?

Themes appearing in applications but not in themes are often the wrong OS. Be sure device and OS are matched between phone and theme. Been there and made that mistake more than once.
