I recently got a Blackberry Key2 LE and love almost every aspect of it so far. One issue I'm running into though is that Spotify suddenly isn't showing up on my lock screen. This means to pause or change songs I have to unlock my phone. I have tried to use the volume keys as mentioned in other posts, but this doesn't seem to work with the LE (unless this is a shortcut I can add??). Anyone having similar issues? Any suggestions?

I am experiencing the same on my KEYone, hit and miss. I do recall doing an update recently for Spotify. could be related.

I haven't had an issue lately. Have done about 2 updates since so I put it down to that.

try deleting the app altogether and Re download. it should show up on your lock screen.
