Why are we still using a USB cable to backup our BlackBerry contacts to a computer? Ugh!

Agreed. This is a desperately needed feature for BlackBerry 10. Would make life so much easier when switching devices or doing a fresh software install. I'm shocked this isn't already available to us BlackBerry 10 users. Let's hope BlackBerry is working on this feature for a release in the near future.

Agreed too. I'm not sure why cloud backup available for BBOS and not BB10.

BlackBerry Protect basically is a cloud backup of your contacts if you have it running on a BlackBerry with OS 5-7.

I'd love to see this functionality return so we can use it in BB10. For now there's nothing else but use a third-party backup service.

There are several backup apps available in BlackBerry World, just do a search for "backup"

Fire Chest Backup seems to be a popular one.

2014 and we still have to use cables or unintended work arounds. BlackBerry really needs to give us a complete cloud services for consumers like EVERY other OS out there
