I have a question, if I am restoring a full backup, would I lose all the e-mails that I downloaded after the backup?

Secondly, what are the name of the files where the e-mails are located in so that I can click to restore on my device?

Yes. Anything not included in your last backup will be lost.

As to the second question just do a selective backup of your
    email.

To do this, when in Backup / Restore click Advanced. In the
panel on the right click Messages.

Now between the two panels there are two arrows, click the
one pointing left. Save the file with the amended name of
something like Email Backup 13 Oct 2009 and you're done.

    There's something wrong...

Ever since I did the full restore, I realized that my messages (e-mails of different accounts, SMS, MMS) are in the "Messages". However, because I recreated my e-mail accounts after restoring, I realized that the e-mails were not categorized. They are still in Messages but no tag, so if I got to my e-mails I find all the messages after the restore.

Is there a way to tell my bold "hey, please put those emails back where they belong" and not keep them uncategorized?

    Thanks!
