Hi, I have just joined & i apologise if I do this wrong.

I have a bb curve 8520 which was working fine, but now when i call someone it doesnt show the name or number. Also if i have to press a number for options when making a call i cant do that either.

Welcome to CB.

I've had a similar problem. Sometimes when I dial a number on my Torch only letters appear instead of the numbers. A simple reboot fixes it. Try that and see if it works for you.

not sure what u tried already ,try a reset (pull battery) good way to start
