    I swear my q10 is dying for an update, it restarts each time I set it down, it no longer has a happy life with 10.1 so it kills itself nightly. Can't take the pain much longer.

    I just got off the phone with ATT and they are showing screenshots on 10.2 for the Q10 but no official release date. "Should be coming." but at least they are acknowledging it is coming. They also realize That verizon is pushing out the zed30 tomorrow so it may be sooner than we think! We can hope, right?

    I'm right there with you buddy, I want the upgrade already so badly. But I don't get a bad battery life from 10.1, but I wouldn't mind getting more!

    It's most likely not a 10.1/software issue. Some people have reported similar issues which were the result of a defective back cover. Many of these users were given new back covers free of charge.

    Also, if you want 10.2 really badly, do consider the Sachesi approach.

    Verizon Q10 with 10.2 :-)

    I doubt a new os will help your problem. Did you read any of the replies to your other thread? Software doesn't crash by setting your phone down.

    I had tons of reboots on the earlier 10.0 and 10.1 releases, but none were related to physical handling of the device.
