Now that it's 2014, will all new Blackberry10 devices, with no additional costs for internet. When will the time come for the carriers to remove/cut off these Extra(often, not necessary) internet charges on Legacy Devices ?

Blackberry Internet Services. Normal Internet plans(say 1GB) on other phones is for like Rs.100per month, whereas on a Blackberry, its massive Rs.400 per month. For a Legacy device

It costs carriers money, in the form of maintaining infrastructure and paying a monthly service fee to BB in order to continue offering BIS, and with fewer and fewer BIS users, the costs to maintain all that is going UP for the carriers, relatively to the revenue. So I wouldn't expect those fees to change, ever. Instead, you are encouraged to move to a modern platform, and maintaining BIS fees helps to encourage that migration.
