When is BB10 Coming out?

I know this has probably been asked several times already, but I'd like to know if there's a set date or month for it?

The reason I am asking is because I am planning on buying a Bold 9900 in installments today or tomorrow but I am not sure if I should before BB10 comes out. Although I must say if I am going to hold out I'd rather do it for the iPhone 5 since 4S was a disappointment to Apple fans.

All indications are we will see the first BB10 devices in North America in October of 2012,

If you need a phone now, I'd get the 9900 it is a great device
